House Mouse Summer Fun Challenge

Grape DreamsI have had this House Mouse Stamp called “Grape Dreams” for a long time.  Always trying to figure out how to use it.  Saw the Summer Fun Challenge (HMFMC 194) and decide to just try a plain little card featuring it.  Used distress pens to watercolor it.  Mounted it on cork. (reminds me of wine)  It turned out cute and simple.

Welcome to my blog. I started my blog so that I could share all of the things that I am passionate about not only in the creative world but in all areas of my life.

I retired over 10 years ago from the field of education. I was a Resource Specialist in a Teacher’s Resource Library. My job allowed me to do the things I love every day. I love creating things with many different media. Papercrafting is my favorite. I helped teachers create bulletin boards and instructional materials for their classrooms.

Now that I am retired I spend a lot of time creating cards and I love all of the different techniques and media available. I also am very active in wildlife conservation and spend many hours volunteering with the Wildlife Conservation Network.
