Love You Tons

I love doing shaker cards and watercoloring and using embossing folders.  Wednesday’s Simon Says challenge was to use your favorite techniques.  I still find shaker cards a challenge but this one worked out.  I used a cloud die cut and cut it twice in different places to make the tree.  I used distress Ink as watercolor and also with sponging technique for tree background.  It was simple and fast.

Simon Says Challenge: What’s Your Favorite

Published by

Welcome to my blog. I started my blog so that I could share all of the things that I am passionate about not only in the creative world but in all areas of my life. I retired over 10 years ago from the field of education. I was a Resource Specialist in a Teacher's Resource Library. My job allowed me to do the things I love every day. I love creating things with many different media. Papercrafting is my favorite. I helped teachers create bulletin boards and instructional materials for their classrooms. Now that I am retired I spend a lot of time creating cards and I love all of the different techniques and media available. I also am very active in wildlife conservation and spend many hours volunteering with the Wildlife Conservation Network.
